Hai, this is Rap. I just want to say a few things. I'm saying it here cause there's no better place to say this than the ACP Forums.

First of all, I wanna tell you all about what has been going on with the Next Generation of ACP. The Next Generation was just one of Commando's crazy schemes, and I happened to help him out with it. He has those crazy schemes all the time, just ask anyone from RPF about them since the creation of RPF itself was a crazy scheme of Commando's. This scheme came to become so big until it seemed plausible that it's missions could eventually be accomplished. Then came the time where our website got suspended. We didn't know what to do about it. Commando went to Wordpress and got the situation straightened out, but the Next Generation just wasn't what it used to be. Then, Commando retired until another crazy scheme comes up, and he deleted the Next Generation website with his retirement. I'm not sure if he wants me to continue it or not, but it's not happening with me. After I found all that out about Commando, I didn't know what to do. I got more active in the Nachos, and kept annoying the leaders of ACP with it. Now I found myself today asking, "Should I retire?" I ask this question because a lot of you hate me for the Next Generation. I don't understand why... I was just trying to make a difference. I never expected it to turn out to be a rebellion or anything of the sort. It didn't in my eyes, but I don't know about yours. So, here comes the next part.

The apology.

I, Rapidy River, give my sincerest apologies to every being in the Army of Club Penguin because of my ignorance, disrespect, failure to be trustworthy, failure to be honest, possible sexism, possible harm or assault, rape, sexual misconduct, bullying, and anything else I have been too stupid to list. I hope that each and every one of you forgive me for my wrongs so that someday we can make things right.
