Tundran Request from RPF

Representing half of the RPF leadership, I would like to request that ACP return Tundra to its rightful owners. The Tundra Union. This of course can only be achived if a third party is allowed to hold ACP's section of the server while the Tundra Union negotiates itself into re-exsistance.

We would divide up ACP's land into two halves. One half would be sent to BB, the other to UMA. This way the servers can play host to a 4-army Union deticated to the intrests and protection of the 4 armies. We would greatly appreciate the server being sent over to RPF so that this can come into exsistance.

Please, fufill our request.

No Mchappy the agreement was actually FGR, BB, RPF, and WW. FGR got kicked out so it was BB, RPF, and WW. We're adding UMA for protection reasons. New unions often get invaded so we must add more defense force.
